The purpose of this policy is to establish clear procedures for the authorization and disbursement of District funds by designated officers of the Mid Rogue Fire District. This ensures fiscal accountability, transparency, and protection of District assets.

The purpose of this policy is to establish a fair, transparent, and consistent process for recruiting, selecting, and appointing personnel for the Mid Rogue Fire District (“the District”) compliance with Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 478.280, which authorizes the Board of Directors to employ assistants and fix their compensation. This policy was adopted prior to the district name change.

This policy is adopted to ensure compliance with Oregon Public Records Law (ORS 192.001 to 192.478) and to provide members of the public with clear guidelines for requesting access to public records maintained by the Mid Rogue Fire District (“the District”) and was adopted prior to the name change.

The purpose of this policy is to establish clear, consistent, and compliant purchasing and contracting procedures for the Mid Rogue Fire District (“the District”) and was adopted before the name change. This policy ensures transparency, fiscal responsibility, and legal compliance in acquiring goods, services, and public improvements.
