In order to remain transparent and above board. The Mid Rogue Fire District would like to inform you that our Board Members will be working on an entry for the Christmas Parade Wednesday evening, at one of our board members homes. There will be at least 3 of the directors working on the project. Since that is a quorum, we would like to assure you that our Directors are very conscious of the public meeting laws and will not discuss or deliberate on any board business during the creation of the parade entry.
The Board of Directors believe strongly in truth and transparency and thank you for understanding. Being such a new district, the board members end up doing a lot of the work themselves and this project needs more than two directors to complete by Saturday the 12th.
